View Transactions By Event Date

If you are aware of the event date a customer has booked for, then a quick way of finding the transaction is via the TRANSACTIONS tab in 'Manage Sales'. Here you can view or download all transaction details for a specific event date. 

HOW TO VIEW TRANSACTIONS
- log into your admin account admin.designmynight/events
- click SALES on the admin page OR click 'Manage Sales' on the Dashboard page
- click the TRANSACTIONS tab next to the event date 
- click on the guests' name to view individual transaction data





OTHER FUNCTIONS THAT CAN BE COMPLETED ON THIS PAGE:

CHANGE TICKET DATE 
PLEASE NOTE: TICKETS CAN ONLY BE CHANGED TO OTHERS THAT COST THE SAME PRICE 
- Click the Date box containing the date the customer is currently booked into
- select a new date from the options provided
- the customer info will then automatically move to the new event date
- go to the new event date, find the customer transaction and press 'Resend Tickets' to issue to customer with new ticket with the correct event date

CHANGE TICKET TYPE
PLEASE NOTE: TICKETS CAN ONLY BE CHANGED TO OTHERS THAT COST THE SAME PRICE
- Click the 'Ticket Type' box containing the type of tickets the customer has booked 
- select a new ticket type from the options provided
- the customer ticket info will then automatically update 
- press 'Resend Tickets' to issue to customer new tickets with the correct ticket type info

RESEND TICKETS
- To resend a guests tickets click the 'Resend Tickets' button - this will reissue tickets to the email address they booked tickets through

REFUND TICKETS
- To refund a guests' tickets you should press the 'Refund Tickets' button and follow the instructions given to you via the system. Please note, tickets can only be refunded up to 4 working days after the event when the ticket funds will then be transferred to your nominated bank account
