Switch Tickets By Type or Date

Purchases can be switched by ticket type or event date as long as the new ticket type costs the same amount as the original purchase. 

- log into event admin
- click MANAGE and scroll down to the CUSTOMER DATA tab
- search for the customers transaction and click on their name 

CHANGING TICKET TYPE:
- use the drop down list under the Ticket type header to select new type
- click RESEND TICKETS to send customer updated tickets

            

CHANGING EVENT DATE:
- click the box under Date heading containing current ticket date
- select new date from calendar.
- the transaction will automatically move to new event date in 'Manage Sales'
- click the RESEND TICKETS button to issue customer new tickets 

             

PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU ARE MOVING TICKETS THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO COME BACK ON SALE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE / TICKET TYPE THEN ONCE THE TICKETS HAVE BEEN SWAPPED, YOU NEED TO SET THE ALLOCATION BACK TO '0' IN THE MANAGED SALES SECTION OF YOUR ADMIN.
