Marketing opt-in

Add an opt-in option so that customers can choose to sign up to receive marketing material from yourself.

Follow the steps below to successfully set up marketing opt-in during checkout: 

1. Click Manage on your Event
2. Select Edit Listing & Tickets
3. Click across to Your Details tab and scroll down to Marketing Options
4. Select preferred Marketing email opt-in option from the drop-down menu 
5. Enter the URL for your Privacy Statement 
6. Save Changes 

Whether a customer has chosen to opt-in to your marketing or not can be viewed in the Marketing Permissions column on the Customer Data download.
