Soda - Transactions Tab
The Transactions tab provides you with a breakdown of all voucher purchases across your whole Soda brand.
The data on this page can be filtered by date using the calendar tool at the top of the page, and the three headings on this page then allow you to view the transactions as either All Vouchers, Redeemed Vouchers or Expired Vouchers.
To downloaded the data into a CSV file, select the date range you want to download the data for and then click the green CSV button in the top right of the page.
Clicking into each transaction shows you further details such as the voucher code, recipient, status, validity, remaining value and customer information.
Clicking into a transaction also gives you the options to:
- Redeem - Manually redeem the voucher by entering the redemption value and any redemption details
- Resend - This will resend the voucher to the recipients email address
- Refund - This will automatically issue a refund to the purchaser
- Revoke - The voucher will no longer be redeemable and no refund will be issued to the customer
- Edit - Amend the voucher message, recipient name, recipient email address or expiry date of the voucher
- Download/Print - Download the voucher into a PDF file or print voucher
If you want to view transactions for a specific voucher only, then you also have the option to do this in Soda.
1. Click into the Vouchers tab
2. Select the voucher that you want to view the transactions for
3. From the Voucher drop-down list on the left hand side, click into the Transactions tab
As with the main brand Transactions tab, the data on this page can be filtered by date using the calendar tool at the top of the page and can be downloaded into a CSV file by clicking the button in the top right of the page.
The main difference here is that the data is categorised under four status headings on this page rather than three, allowing you to view the transactions as either All Vouchers, Redeemed Vouchers, Expired Vouchers or Ticket/Booking Exchange Vouchers.
