Soda - Revoking a Voucher

Vouchers that haven't been redeemed can be revoked in the Soda admin. Once revoked, a voucher will no longer be redeemable and no refund will be issued to the customer.

Follow the steps below to revoke a voucher:

1. Log in to your Soda account
2. Click on the purple Look Up Vouchers button at the bottom left hand side of the page
3. Search for the voucher you want to revoke by entering one of the below in the search box:
Voucher Code (example: VR-CXNC73C9NYF3ONE)
Purchase Reference (example: VR-1000793416)
Recipient Name
Purchaser Email
Purchaser Name
4. Click into the transaction. If the voucher hasn't yet been redeemed it will be highlighted orange on the left hand side. Vouchers which have already been redeemed are highlighted purple and cannot be revoked
5. Click the Revoke button




Revoking a voucher can be applied to all types of voucher transactions, whether purchased online, issued for free, issued as an offline purchase or issued in exchange for a ticket/booking purchase.  

Note: If a customer has purchased multiple vouchers within a single transaction, you will only have the option to revoke all the vouchers. It is not possible to revoke a single voucher out of a group purchase.
