Importing vouchers into Soda
To do so, we'll need you to first set up your gift voucher in Soda, and then provide us with an Excel spreadsheet containing the following information:
Column 1 - Customer Name
Column 2 - Email (can be the customers' email or a generic company email)
Column 3 - Purchase Date (optional)
Column 4 - Purchase Reference (optional)
Column 5 - Voucher Code (optional)

Important caveats to note:
- When importing vouchers into Soda, we can use the original voucher code. For the Tonic checkout to recognise the voucher code so that customers can automatically redeem their voucher against tickets, they'll need to add 'VR-' in front of it. You'll need to communicate this with your gift voucher customers.
- The code will have a new expiry date from the date the voucher was uploaded to Soda, which will be based on the validity length of the voucher you've created (e.g. 12 months from the point of upload).
