Customers have the ability to rate an event out of 5 stars and leave a review. Deactivate or reactivate user reviews and reply to user reviews within this section.
Follow the steps below to access these functions:
1. Click Manage on your Event
2. Select User Reviews
3. To disable future reviews and remove current reviews, set Enable user reviews on event page to No
4. To publicly reply to a user review, click Add Reply
Note: It is not possible to remove a single customer review.
