User Reviews

Customers have the ability to rate an event out of 5 stars and leave a review. Deactivate or reactivate user reviews and reply to user reviews within this section. You are also able to customise the follow up email by adding in a custom message, along with links to your social media accounts. 

Follow the steps below to access these functions: 

1. Click Manage on your Event  
2. Select User Reviews
3. To disable future reviews and remove current reviews, set Enable user reviews on event page to No
4. To publicly reply to a user review, click Add Reply
5. To add a custom message to the email, click Customise Email

Note: It is not possible to remove a single customer review.
