How to Resend E-ticket to Customer

Should a customers booking be amended after they have purchased a ticket for your event (such as moving their chosen date or updating their ticket type) an up to date version of their ticket can be re-sent to them from the event admin. 

Follow the steps below to successfully resend a customer's ticket to their email inbox: 

1. Click Manage on your Event
2. Click Customer Data 
3. Locate the purchase using the Search function and select the transaction 
4. Click Resend Tickets



Upon clicking this button, a green banner will appear just below their Purchase Reference number with the following message to let you know this action has been successful: 



The customer will then shortly receive their new Ticket Confirmation email with the updated E-ticket.
