Troubleshooting: 'my tickets have come off sale'

If your tickets are displaying as sold out or tickets have come off sale earlier than you wanted, it is likely to be related to a setting applied during set up. To get the tickets back on sale please check the following settings to see if they are causing the issue:
  • Total Tickets Per Event
  • Sell Until
  • Max Tickets Per Event
  • On Sale Until
See below for instructions on each of these sections:

Total Tickets Per Event:

1. Click Manage on your Event
2. Select Edit Listing & Tickets
3. Click the Ticketing tab
4. Scroll down and check the Total Tickets Per Event box

This feature limits the number of tickets that can be sold in total for the event date. Once reached, the tickets will display as sold out.

2. Select Edit Listing & Tickets

4. Click the Ticket Group(s)
5. Check Max Tickets Per Event

In the case that the tickets have sold out, you can add more in the Manage Sales section by clicking Edit Allocation and updating the Tickets Remaining value.

Having checked all these settings, if your tickets are still displaying as sold out please contact your Account Manager of DMN Support team.
