You are able to set a limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased across all ticket types, which is useful for avoiding overbooking time slots, for example.
Follow the steps below to successfully apply an overall ticket limit:
1. Click Manage on your Event
2. Select Edit Listing & Tickets
3. Click the Ticketing tab
4. Scroll down to Advanced Options
5. Enter value into Total Tickets Per Event field
6. Save Changes
Once applied, when the total number of sales across all ticket types reaches this set value, the event will automatically be set to Sold Out.
