In the case that customer information needs to be amended, you are able to manually edit the names on e-tickets.
Follow the steps below to successfully edit the name on an E-ticket:
1. Click Manage on your Event
2. Select Attendees List
3. Use the Search field to locate booking (search for the name of lead booker)
4. Select Show to open up the booking
5. Click the Edit button in the Ticket Holder Details section
6. Update names and select Save Changes7. To send the customer an updated version of their tickets, select the Resend Selected button
