Troubleshooting: Clear Site Data
To clear your site data follow these steps:
- Go to https://admin.designmynight.com
- Right-click on the screen and select Inspect
- Once the console is open, select the Application tab
- Click Clear Site Data
If you're not able to access the Tonic admin after the first attempt, follow this process a couple of times.
If this still doesn't work, please try accessing the admin via an incognito (private) browser and contact your Tonic account manager or our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org
