Update Guest Emails

You are able to easily amend guest emails for a booking and resend the confirmation email should they be entered incorrectly at the point of purchase. 

Follow the steps below to successfully update guest emails: 

1. Log into your Tonic admin 
2. Navigate to the Attendees List 
3. Locate the booking and click the Show button 
4. Click the Edit button located to the right of 'Ticket Holder Details'
5. Update the required email 
6. Click Resend to resend the confirmation to the new email address 
7. Save Changes
