Safari log in issues on iOS mobile/tablet devices 

Apple has released an update that changed privacy settings on iOS mobile/tablet devices and has had a knock-on effect on Safari users being able to log into Tonic/Soda. 

If you're using a Safari browser on an iOS mobile/tablet device and are having trouble staying logged into the system, please follow these steps: 
Go to the Settings app on your device 
Click into the Safari tab
Scroll down to Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and switch it to be off

For the best use of the system, we recommend using a Google Chrome browser.

If you're using a Chrome browser on an iOS mobile/tablet device and are having trouble staying logged into the system, please follow these steps: 

Go to the Settings app on your device 
Click into the Chrome tab
Scroll down to Allow Cross-Website Tracking and switch it to be on
